Return Policy Alpha91

We reserve the right to update or otherwise modify this Return Policy from time to time. You are responsible for checking these policies periodically for changes and updates. Your use of the Sites and Services following such posted changes and updates constitutes acceptance of such changes and updates.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product to us (Alpha91 Enterprises (Pty) Ltd herein referred to as “Alpha91”) and we will either repair, replace it, or refund your account, subject to the terms and periods set out below. This Policy applies to products bought from our online shop only. Nothing in this Policy is intended to limit your statutory rights in any way.

1) If you change your mind

In general, you can return an unwanted product to us at no charge within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of purchase, subject to:

  • It is undamaged and has not been used, with all the original labels, packaging, documents, and stickers still attached;
  • It is in the original packaging received in, which must be undamaged and in its original condition with all seals still intact (if applicable);
  • The return being within a period of no more than 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of original purchase.
  • We reserve the right to charge a handling fee if the unwanted product is returned damaged; not in a re-saleable condition or missing any accessories.

2) If it is not what you ordered

  • If the product is different as described on the Website or if we deliver the wrong product to you, please notify us within 10 (ten) calendar days and we will collect the product from you at no charge to you.
  • Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will deliver the correct product to you; or credit your account with the original purchase price of the product, or refund you at your choice, within 10 days of the return.

3) If the Product is damaged

  • Should a product be damaged at the time of delivery, please notify us within 2 (two) calendar days of such delivery.

4) If the Product is Defective

4.1) We do our best to ensure that the products we deliver to you are in excellent condition and without defects, however, in some products, due to the fact that they are used products (refurbished / renewed), the Product may contain minor defects or material imperfection on the product. If any, and you feel that the product is less acceptable than one would reasonably be entitled to expect in the circumstances, you may return it within 3 (three) days from date of the original delivery.

4.2)The following will NOT be regarded as defects and will not entitle you to a return under this section if the fault arose because of:

  • Normal wear and tear (in our discretion); or
  • Corrosion or electrical surge; or
  • Your failure to care for the product in a reasonable manner (in our discretion); or
  • Unauthorized modifications to the product; or
  • Here the specifications of a product, although accurately described on the Website and generally fit for its intended purpose, do not suit you; or
  • Your negligence, abuse, or incorrect usage of the product (in our discretion); 

4.3)Only the following products are subject to a warranty, which is a carry-in warranty:

  • Business / Workstation Desktop Computers (Box/Tower only): 6 Month Carry-in warranty
  • Monitors: 6 Month Carry-in warranty
  • Desktop and Laptop Memory (RAM): 12 Months Carry-in Warranty
  • Solid State Drives: 3 Months Carry-in Warranty
  • Laptop Chargers: 6 Months Carry-in Warranty
  • Used Gaming PCs: No Warranty granted

5) Included Services

  • We offer included services with some of our products on this shop; please note that these are non-refundable services. In the case that your address does not qualify for these services, the services is not applicable to you and we don’t refund any amounts on invoices for unclaimed services in any case or reason whatsoever.
  • Services are offered for free and anything that is free, cannot be refunded.
  • Where services are offered with products it is the client/customer’s responsibility to check whether their destination is within the parameters to receive the free service, before purchasing the items. Some services also have parameters of delivery and are also the client/customer;s responsibility to check whether these parameters are met before booking the service.
  • Alpha91 will have no obligation or liability, whether arising in the contract (including warranty), tort, or otherwise, for loss of use, revenue, or profit or any other incidental or consequential damages concerning any nonconformance or defect in any service or other goods provided under this agreement or any order.

6) Charges

Returns and associated costs shall be carried by the consumer. If you return a defective product to us, but you fail to return all of the accessories that were sold with that product, we reserve the right (subject to applicable law) only to replace the item that you returned, or to estimate the value of the missing accessories and only refund you in respect of the returned item.

BY ACCESSING AND USING ALPHA91 PRODUCTS AND SERVICES, YOU ATTEST THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREED TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THIS GENERAL RETURN POLICY. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, THEN YOU SHOULD NOT ACCESS OR USE THE SITES OR SERVICES.
